UK Godfathers of Rave Orbital revisit their early Brown album EPs with an ongoing series of 'Orbital LEDs' (Limited Edition Drops) - 12" singles re-issued with newly commissioned artwork designed by Intro.
Orbital's Radio Sessions, captures their legendary 1993 BBC Radio 1 session for John Peel. Recorded on September 10, 1993, this session showcased the duo's raw, live energy, featuring reworked versions of Lush 3-1, Walk Now..., and Semi Detached. The Peel Sessions were renowned for spotlighting groundbreaking artists, and Orbital's performance reinforced their status as electronic innovators.
The EP was praised for its dynamic, almost improvisational feel, with Lush taking on a more urgent, pulsating form. Media reactions were strong, with fans and critics alike appreciating the stripped-down yet powerful reinterpretations. It cemented Orbital's reputation as a group that thrived both in the studio and live settings.
Limited edition of 1,000 units worldwide.
