High-value items are double-boxed, and every parcel is sealed with our signature fragile tape.
We use Royal Mail as our trusted UK courier and ship all in stock items out same day if ordered by 3pm Monday-Friday.
If we have to order your item in (checkout will let you know if so) we aim to ship out within 3-5 days business days of you ordering, if not sooner.
Here at Dig In we made a commitment long ago to be as eco consious as possible with our packaging. We are proud to parcel up all your items in eco-friendly packaging that is fully recyclable or biodegradable. We have worked hard to find a range that will not only keep your precious purchases safe, but that is a little less harmful to the environment as well!
Tracked 48 Shipping - We like to keep things simple and so every UK order is just £5, no matter how many records or items you add.

We know most fliers will end up in the bin, so we wanted to offer something useful. That's why we package your order with a custom beer mat, all designed from old famous record labels. We're always designing new ones, so keep an eye out in your orders.

Returns
Hopefully you will never have to, but if you do need to return something or have an issue with an item we are always on hand to resolve.
