Showbiz! is the tenth solo album by MIKE, released via his own label 10k. Widespread acclaim includes Pitchfork 'Best New Music', who proclaimed it's "the young artist's greatest accomplishment thus far". It sets a new benchmark for himself and his contemporaries as he steps into the next chapter of his career as a proven, essential voice in hip hop this decade. The record features 454 and duendita, alongside guest production from Thelonious Martin, Salami Rose Joe Louis, Jacob Rochester, Anysia Kym, Harrison (SURF GANG), ShunGu, Laron and redLee.
MIKE capped off an unprecedented run of projects and collaborations with the likes of Earl Sweatshirt, Wiki, The Alchemist and more over the past two years with Pinball, a creative reunion with producer Tony Seltzer. Rolling Stone called the project "a fearless sonic shift" and injected an unexpected, invigorated new energy to MIKE's catalog, which has primarily been lauded for his incisive writing. He celebrated that moment with the 4th edition of his annual Young World festival in Brooklyn last Summer, which has come to be regarded as one of the premiere events on New York's Summer calendar, aimed at giving its 8,000+ attendees a space to express themselves.
